IC-Health @ eHealth Tallinn 2017 and ScanBalt Forum 2017
Between 16 and 18 October 2017, IC-Health Consortium partner Thomas Karopka (ScanBalt), participated in two key eHealth focused events in Tallinn, Estonia: eHealth Tallinn 2017 and ScanBalt Forum 2017.
The eHealth Tallinn conference was organized by the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs, HIMSS and ECHAlliance in the frame of the Estonian EU Presidency. An important part of the event was the signing of the Digital Health Society Declaration and IC-Health was disseminated in participating in task force workshops of the Digital Health Society Group and through direct contact with key stakeholders from policy, science and industry sectors.
At the ScanBalt Forum, back-to-back event of eHealth Tallinn, IC-Health was represented by a presentation (available on the event website) by Mr. Koropka, titled: “Digital Health Literacy as a prerequisite for application of innovative solutions”. The ScanBalt Forum was attended by more than 80 participants coming mainly from the countries around the Baltic Sea area.
The two conference represented a great opportunity to further share the IC-Health project with an expert audience and sparkled new interest in our objectives. Follow our Social Media channels and subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates about our project!
